'Midnight' Mini Golf
We're rolling out the green carpet for our incredible members. Join us for a mini golfing experience like no other, right here at Pyramid Club. The ballroom will be transformed into a mini-golf haven, creating a unique and entertaining atmosphere for members and guests alike. After conquering the course, head to the “19th Hole” Clubhouse in Aperture, where the celebration continues with themed hors d’oeuvres, handcrafted cocktails and mocktails, and a DJ-led social scene. DJ R2Dito (Jon Ardito) will be spinning crowd-favorite hits, keeping the energy high well into the evening. We’re also excited to welcome Mt. Gay Rum, who will be on site serving signature cocktails and giving away fun swag throughout the night. Be sure to stick around for our golf bag raffle, where one lucky member will win—registration and attendance required to be eligible. Members: $10 Non-Member: $20 Ages: 12+ 18-Hole Mini Golf Course: Test your putting skills in our transformed ballroom. Dress Code: Golf attire encouraged but not required! Step into the kitchen and learn the art behind one of Pyramid Club’s most beloved staples—our house-made focaccia bread. Join Chef Zach for an interactive, hands-on cooking and prep class where you’ll discover the techniques, tips, and secrets that bring this fan-favorite bread to life. During the class, guests will mix, shape, and prepare their own focaccia dough using the same methods we use in-house. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with your prepared dough plus easy, step-by-step baking instructions to finish it at home and enjoy fresh-from-the-oven focaccia on your own schedule. The experience concludes with a charcuterie spread served alongside freshly baked focaccia, making it a relaxed and flavorful evening of learning and connection. $35++ per person All materials, instructions, and one drink included.
